This year we hosted the Thanksgiving celebration. We invited some of our closest friends in Denmark. It took some planning as we had to order some ingredients from the UK, and my sister send others from the US. We were able to have all the traditional food: turkey, cranberry sauce (from scratch), stuffing, corn, mashed potatoes, greenbeans, and made some sweet potatoes but didn't serve them because I miscalculated the amount (cooked too little).
I regret not taking pics but I was too busy cooking then eating and talking. Robert took some few pics:
Hw nice Alex! I love Thanksgivings at your house. I am so impressed that yu made cranberry sause from scratch! I bought a couple of cans of oceanspray when I was home to bring for Christmas here! :-)
